Maintenance
1) Protection lens Maintenance and replacement
# Protection lens at the bottom of focusing lens, when inclusion and foreign material on the protection lens may absorb laser
and become heating to cause protection lens damage. So need regular clean the protection lens.
# Suggest cleaning period : One week. The protection lens as consumable materials, after damage need exchange new one.
# Caution: When cleaning and exchanging the protection lens, avoid the grease and dust to pollute the protection lens.
2) Protection lens disassembly
Draw out the protection lens set from welding head and seal it well. move it to clean environment without dust and grease.
3) Protection lens cleaning
# Tools : Dust-free cleaning cotton bud, isopropyl alcohol, Rubber air blast.
# Spray the isopropyl alcohol on cotton bud.
# Hold the side edges of lens with fingers.
# Use the cotton wipe the lens, from up to down or from left to right. Uni-direction wipe both sides of the lens softly, and use
the air blast blowing the lens surface. Ensure that on the lens no foreign materials.
# After cleaning should immediately set the lens in welding head or keep it in clean device.
3 layers packages:
Inside layer: the machine is covered by thickening plastic bag for waterproof.
Middle layer: the machine is covered by foam, to protect the machine from shaking.
Outside layer: it adopts strong plywood case with export standard.
