Introduction (What's the UV laser ?)
USCAM UV purple light marking machine belongs to the laser marking machine series, but the development is 355mm UV laser.
Compared to infrared lasers, UV lasers directly break chemical bonds in materials. This process generates far less heat and
separates matter down to the atomic level without damaging the environment. Ultraviolet lasers have the advantages of short
wavelength, easy focusing, small spot size, strong energy and high resolution. Because of its high machining accuracy, narrow line
width, high quality accuracy, small heat-affected area and good long-term stability, it can process various irregular patterns and
heterogeneous patterns. Mainly used for fine micro-machining marking and engraving, it has been successfully applied to metals,
semiconductors, ceramics, glass and various polymer materials. Especially suitable for complex graphics and other applications such
as standard compliance, microporous, glass materials and silicon wafers for food and pharmaceutical packaging materials.
